Evalutaion and Treatment
Your evaluation will consist of analyzing your posture, flexibility, strength and movement patterns to uncover the source of your pain or dysfunction.
Your first visit will consist of manual hands on treatment if indicated, education, and initiation of therapeutic exercise. A handout with pictures will be provided so that you can immediately start participating in your active recovery.
Follow Up Treatment
Follow up Treatments will vary depending upon evaluation results. They will include:
Manual treatment: soft tissue/joint mobilization, manual stretching
Neuromuscular Re-education: the PT applies assistance or resistance to help your muscles work better
Balance training
Customized exercise program
Review of proper ergonomics
